lyrics

CJ7 was too high, he fell out of a black and blue sky
he fell into the limelight, he shot lasers from his eyes
You know he she showed me somethin, and thats to follow nothin

We call heaven a blue sky, beneath our feet is a lake of fire
we believe we can fly, be we swim and crawl til we die
You never see it comin, oh but you will see you runnin

And if times they do change, why's the writing on the wall still the same?
and if time it does change, why's the etching in the stone never fade?

We stole away from the bonfire, we got high while they got tired
we stripped down to our birth attire, the woods and weeds they are a sign
that you still grow when you die, yeah we still grow when we die

CJ7 was right, love is not just following light
you gotta stay in the right, to not be burned by the ultra-high
You never see it comin, oh but you will see you runnin from it

And if times they do change, why's the writing on the wall still the same?
and if time it does change, why's the etching in the stone never fade?
